we have an extensive selection of champagne from the most sought after producers in france. Not just the rare and the expensive, but also undervalued and up and coming. Vineyards like Egly-ouriet, Perrier Jouet, Ruinart, Charles Heidsiek, Pol Roger, Billecart salmon, Lahert freres, franck bonville, pascal agrapart and many others.

at embassy cellars we’ve always supporting emerging vineyards from local suppliers. there’s a great representation of trending and classic australian wines. We keep our shelves constantly evolving with fresh selections always available. there are exceptional representations from the key winemaking regions around the world including france, italy, New zealand, germany, spain, greece and others. we all know it’s not just the champagne appellation that makes exceptional bubbles. tasmania, south australia, and other regions in new zealand have been producing delicious sparkling wines that deserve a seat at the table. we seek out those incredible drops that are soon to be household names.
